Noa (or Noah in the english dub) from Hiromu Arakawa's animanga Hagane no Renkinjutsushi (Fullmetal Alchemist).
Noah first appeared in the Hagane no Renkinjutsushi (Fullmetal Alchemist) movie; Shanbara o Yuku Mono (Conqueror
of Shamballa). She is known to many that she can read minds of people just by touching them. Please know that this shrine has
